The Blog House have worked our magic behind the scenes on a great deal of web sites built with WordPress, Magento, ASP.NET and PHP as well as carrying out server administration and other services to help both national and international clients. Please take a look at a brief selection of the sites we have either created or worked with below:

E-commerce web sites

• Cooker Hood Filters – A Magento based site supplying cooker hood filters and other oven accessories.
• Thoroughly Modern Millinery – A WordPress based e-commerce site that sells hand made hats, fascinators and dresses from the leading UK fashion designers.
• Element Man – The first e-commerce web site Andy, our director created way back in 2005! The Element Man went from a basic web site that couldn’t sell outside of office hours to an online shop that has slowly grown into the UK’s leading specialist heating element supplier and are one of our longest serving clients.
• PC Checker – Our own, UK computer price comparison responsive web site built using a Magento base and a lot of custom coding to give UK shoppers a brilliant free price comparison service whether sat at their desktop / laptop or wanting to compare prices using their mobile / tablet device.
• Slimming Solutions – Slimming Solutions needed a local specialist to help with their SEO, WordPress blog and increase their Amazon sales internationally and The Blog House spent over 18 months working to help them compete against national and international competitors. I also worked with them in the planning of their move to a new responsive Magento web site.

WordPress based web sites:

• Mariposa Languages – A Chichester based company providing Italian Tuition to adults and children in West Sussex.
• Messy Monkeys – a small, new local start up wanted a good looking site that allowed online bookings and future expansion. The site they were delivered looks great, is coded using HTML5 and CSS3 via a custom Blog House WordPress Theme and is based on WordPress MU allowing them to offer future ‘members’ their very own Messy Monkeys site. Messy Monkeys now have 4 different franchises, each with their own visual identity with the owners looking to continue expanding both regionally and nationally using the WordPress based system.
• Mobile Checker – One of the leading mobile phone comparison web sites here in the UK that is powered by one of our WordPress Plugins – ComparePress
• Tint My Ride – A local, Newcastle based company providing professional car and van Window Tinting
• ComparePress – Our own WordPress based site that is the home of ComparePress the WordPress Price Comparison Plugin.
• ShareMyPlaylists.com – Read about our work in getting Version 2 of this music site launched using BuddyPress
